Ever consider having your wedding in the woods surrounded by cabins? Postcard Cabins Shenandoah is located at 2010 Madison Road Standardsville, VA, about a two hour drive from Washington DC. It covers about 80 acres and has 45 tiny cabins (hello, glamping!). It’s not advertised as a wedding venue, but there’s absolutely nothing from stopping you and your friends from renting multiple cabins at the same time and then getting permission for a ceremony / reception setup. As you can see from the photos, the entire area is beautiful, especially in the fall.
It rained on and off, but both the decor and leaves were colorful, and we had fun time wandering the woods to make some great photos!
