A Surprise Proposal at the DC War Memorial

His name is Chris too. He’s like the 5th Chris whose proposal I’ve photographed. What can I say, Chris is a great name.

I met these two at the dog park a few months prior to the propsoal. Our dogs got along famously (actually, they didn’t really like each other but oh well…)

The proposal went off without a hitch and as you can see, she was very surprised.

Also, the DC War Memorial is one of my favorite spots on the Mall. Not many people know it’s there!
