Working With a Washington DC Event Photographer

Every event is unique, but my approach is to keep the process as straightforward as possible. Before your event, we'll connect and review the schedule, going over any key moments and the shot list. On the day of, I work quietly, unobtrusively, and efficiently, moving to capture energy, audience reactions, and the candid moments that make the photos actually worth sharing.

Galleries are typically delivered within a week, but same-day and same-week previews are available, which make it easy to post to social, send email recaps, or get photos to your communication team while the event is still fresh.

I regularly work with associations, nonprofits, government agencies, embassies, and corporate clients across Washington DC, from intimate board dinners to galas to multi-day conferences with thousands of attendees. If your organization hosts events at venues like the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, the National Press Club, the Ritz Carlton, or anywhere along Embassy Row, chances are I've worked there.

What's included:

Deliverables includes the full-resolution edited and color-corrected photos delivered via an online gallery, licensed for internal and external use. You’ll receive the best of the best so you don’t have to worry about strange facial expressions or food in people’s mouths. 

An on-site headshot studio is available as an add-on, which is a popular option for conferences and association events where attendees want updated professional photos while they're already dressed to impress.

Pricing begins at $300/hr. Special pricing is available for nonprofits.
