To photograph a meeting with congressional representatives in Washington DC is to capture a moment of connection between people and their government. A Hill Day, or legislative fly-in, is an opportunity to make your organization's mission, your stance on legislation, or your community advocacy a part of the picture.
Photos include a mixture of candid conversation and posed groups. The candids capture the feel of the meeting and then of course a group photo with your organization’s members and the representative is always a great shot for publication in your newsletter or on social media.
